Replacing the Spray Chamber

Chemical Hazard Always rinse the spray chamber first before disconnecting any tubing to avoid contact with potentially dangerous chemicals. It is essential that appropriate protective clothing be worn at all times when handling chemicals.

 To remove the spray chamber:

1. Turn the plasma off by selecting Plasma off from the Plasma button drop-down arrow or by pressing SHIFT and F5.
2. Remove the torch clamp securing the spray chamber to the bottom of the torch.

3. Carefully slide the tubing off of the spray chamber spigot.

To install the spray chamber:

1. Attach the drain tube to the bottom of the spray chamber by gently sliding the tube over the spigot.
2. Connect the ball socket of the spray chamber to the ball fitting on the bottom of the torch and secure using the torch clamp.
