Unable to Collect IntelliQuant Data
This can occur when the service 'postgres' has stopped running.
To restart the postgres service:
- Close ICP Expert.
- Right-click the computer taskbar and then select Task Manager.
- Alternatively, type task manager into the Windows search field on the taskbar and then select the Task Manager app.
- Click the Services tab.
- Scroll down until you see postgresql-x64-16.
- If 'Stopped' appears in the Status column, right-click on postgresql-x64-16 and then select Start.
- If 'Running' appears in the Status column, restart the computer.
