Unable to Collect IntelliQuant Data

This can occur when the service 'postgres' has stopped running.

To restart the postgres service:

  1. Close ICP Expert.
  2. Right-click the computer taskbar and then select Task Manager.
  3. Alternatively, type task manager into the Windows search field on the taskbar and then select the Task Manager app.
  4. Click the Services tab.
  5. Scroll down until you see postgresql-x64-16.
  6. If 'Stopped' appears in the Status column, right-click on postgresql-x64-16 and then select Start.
  7. If 'Running' appears in the Status column, restart the computer.
