New From ICP Expert II

Import compatible methods from existing ICP Expert II worksheets into ICP Expert 7.x.

To create a new worksheet from an existing ICP Expert II worksheet:

1. From the File Menu:

   • Click File > New From.

From the Start Page:

• Click  New From > Open New From Menu.

The 'Create New Quantitative Worksheet From..' dialog box will be displayed.

2. Select Other.
3. Select ICP Expert II.
4. Click Browse and navigate to the saved ICP Expert II worksheet and then click Open.

A window will appear indicating migration progress. Prompts may appear if settings are different between the ICP Expert II and ICP Expert v.7.x software.

5. Follow the prompts.

Configure Worksheet Conversions

To configure worksheet conversions from ICP Expert II to ICP Expert 7.x:

1. Click File > Options.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the General page.
3. Deselect Show changing settings information dialog to prevent a dialog from appearing that indicates that settings will change when converting from an ICP Expert II worksheet to an ICP Expert v 7.x worksheet.

To automatically convert ICP Expert II worksheets to ICP Expert 7.x:

1. Click File > Options.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the General page.
3. Deselect Show changing settings information dialog.
4. Select Auto convert settings to automatically convert a selected ICP Expert II worksheet to an ICP Expert v 7.x worksheet without any additional user intervention.

'Auto convert settings' can only be selected when 'Show changing settings information dialog' is not selected.
