The QC page enables you set up and include Quality Control (QC) tests in your method to allow you to monitor the quality of your analytical data during an analysis. The most thorough and complete protocol available for monitoring analytical data quality has been the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (US EPA) Contract Laboratory Program. Agilent's QC Protocols are designed to satisfy most of these requirements and meet many international standards of good laboratory practice.
The QC tests are based on US EPA standards and cannot be edited.

Once you have enabled QC on the Elements page, you can then select which QC tests to perform on the elements in your analysis and the error actions for each test on the QC page.
