Defining your own units

When defining your own units, it is useful to think of the Multiplier and Divider values as being a ratio of 1:1. The Multiplier represents grams and the Divider represents milliliters. As a result, the default values for g/mL are Multiplier=1, Divider=1, while for g/L the Multiplier=1 and the Divider=1000.
